No. We will not make you do anything. We will simply encourage you to do activities and exercises you enjoy, and support you in those programs to achieve your body and athletic goals.
No. You don't need to join a gym, but you can if you enjoy that! Our lead coach has not been in a gym in over 15 years. The key is not "where" you train, it is "how" you train.
No. You can join, cancel and continue at any time. Your professional coaching for the month starts the day you submit payment for that month.
This can be answered in two honest ways. The first is, it totally depends on your goals, training and nutrition programs, discipline, and body type. The second way to answer this is sometimes people see certain results in 10 minutes and sometimes people see certain results in a week, month or year. It depends on what the "results" are that you want to see. We will professionally coach and encourage you to see the results you want as fast as possible.

Yes! He eats...almost everything...and sometimes a lot. However, he eats "smart." He will coach you to eat "smart" too. He tells all his clients to "cheat when it's easy to cheat, and be strict when it's easy to be strict." He will explain this to you. It's awesome!!
